3. Booking and Payment Terms
3.1 Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or agreed deposit
- Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of payment receipt
- Special dietary requirements, accessibility needs, and other requests must be communicated at time of booking
3.2 Payment
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and paid
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Customer
- More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund of total booking cost
- 7-14 days before travel: 25% refund of total booking cost
- Less than 7 days before travel: No refund available
4.2 Cancellation by Jolly Muse
In the rare event we need to cancel your trip due to circumstances beyond our control:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Alternative date or tour options will be offered
- We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (flights, accommodation booked independently)
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Lost or delayed luggage
- Personal liability
Jolly Muse is not responsible for costs arising from incidents that would typically be covered by travel insurance.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Fitness Requirements
Some tours involve physical activity. Customers must:
- Assess their own fitness level before booking
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect participation
- Follow safety instructions provided by our guides
- Participate at their own risk
6.2 Safety Measures
- All vehicles and equipment are regularly inspected and maintained
- Professional guides are trained in first aid
- Emergency procedures are in place for all tours
- Weather conditions may affect tour operations for safety reasons
7. Liability and Limitations
7.1 Our Liability
Jolly Muse's liability is limited to the cost of the services booked. We are not liable for:
- Delays or changes due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
- Personal injuries sustained during tours (except where due to our negligence)
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Indirect or consequential losses
7.2 Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Ensuring valid travel documentation
- Arriving at designated meeting points on time
- Following guide instructions and safety protocols
- Respectful behavior towards guides, other customers, and local communities
8. Itinerary Changes
While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, we reserve the right to make changes due to:
- Weather conditions or safety concerns
- Road closures or transport disruptions
- Venue closures or unavailability
- Minimum passenger requirements not being met
Alternative activities of similar value will be provided where possible. No refunds are given for minor itinerary changes.
9. Behavior and Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove customers who:
- Behave inappropriately or disruptively
- Appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Pose a risk to themselves or others
- Ignore safety instructions or guide directions
No refunds will be given in cases of removal due to inappropriate behavior.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Jolly Muse or our licensors. You may not:
- Reproduce or distribute our content without permission
- Use our branding or trademarks
- Copy our tour descriptions or itineraries for commercial use

12. Force Majeure
